Source in Azerbaijan report that the Baku regime detained several natives of Dagestan and Chechnya, who allegedly brought to Azerbaijan "a load of weapons and drugs for preparation of a terrorist act in Baku".
How those arrested planned to use drugs for the terrorist attack, the Azerbaijani authorities did not explain.
"8 members of a religious extremist organization" were reportedly detained.
The Azerbaijani authorities said that at least one of the young men was arrested in Balakan region of the country at the moment, "when he tried to transport weapons and drugs to Azerbaijan".
Other details were not disclosed.
